Heat safe to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit; great for the grill, stovetop or even inside your oven. Will not crack, chip, break, rust or tarnish. Griller measures 19 inches long by 6 inches wide. Hand wash with warm water and mild detergent. As with any cookware, it is recommended to use cooking oil prior to grilling. Olive oil & cooking sprays are not recommended as they burn easily at high temperatures which can damage or discolor your grillware.
